Basicrates



	Basic Rates: These rates are for out of town clients or non performing songwriters: The rates below were created for many of our out of town clients and/or non performing songwriters who prefer not to play or sing their own songs and want us to use our staff singers and network of musicians on their project(s.) We will produce the demo or project from start to finish.


		Basic Rate Studio Full Demo: - $250 Includes bass, midi drums, guitars, keyboards and staff singers. You receive one CD. Additional copies available up to a quantity of ten at $5 each. We will need a basic cassette work tape or any media/cd dat etc. with a melody line and chord structure in order to start your project.

	Basic Rate Guitar/Piano Vocal - $150 Includes piano or guitar and staff singers. You recieve one CD. Additional copies available up to a quantity of ten at $5 each. We will need a basic cassette work tape or any media/cd dat etc. with a melody line and chord structure in order to start your project.

Additional charges, fees and deposit required:

There are additional charges of $50 each for steel and fiddle.

Non staff singer - If you want to bring in a singer who is not on the Manning
Hollow Music staff, we will reserve one hour for them to come in and sing the
song. There will be an additional $30 per hour fee if they need more than the
hour to sing the song. There also may be an additional singer's fee that will be
charged by the singer.

All pricing is for our basic demo. Pitch correction, custom mixes, or mastering are
an additional $30 per hour. Set up and mixing time are subject to hourly fees.
Less than 24 hour notice of cancelled sessions are subject to a penalty fee.
Being more than one hour late without notice is subject to a penalty fee.

A 50% deposit is required up front to start all projects. Payment in full is
required before any releases of any mixes. We accept checks, money orders, or
cash.
